Sustainable Mixed-Use Development

Our client is interested in re-establishing the waterfront on the site with a mixed-use development, comprising residential, offices, cafes and bars.

The site will provide new links to the existing urban pattern. This will include a bridge across the River Ouse and a river walkway.

The overall design, which is still at feasibility stage, will incorporate flood defence and sustainable strategies from concept to completion.
