These two neighboring projects, replacing a car lot and bungalow, deliver eight terraced houses and six flats designed for the harsh coastal environment of Peacehaven. Though distinct, they complement each other with contemporary designs that respect the local aesthetic, utilizing locally sourced brick, timber, and slate.
