Originally commissioned to add another storey to a block of 10 flats, we reimagined the entire structure within the existing footprint, incorporating a retail unit on the ground floor that addresses the street scene. The mansard roof, setback terraces for each flat, and textured brick relief panels bring modern aesthetics while optimizing urban functionality.

Generous floor-to-ceiling glazing and corner balconies for every flat maximize natural light and create spacious, airy living environments. Contrasting brickwork on the north and south elevations adds visual interest, while reduced east-facing fenestration ensures privacy near the adjacent petrol station.
