To design a generic solution, generally based on UK standards, which will enable maximum flexibility using a “kit of parts”, both for a range of site availability and ease of erection and deconsctruction for re-use.

To reinforce the proposal all structural elements will be recycled steel, together with, as far as possible, sustainable materials will be incorporated into the design of the giving unit.

All elements will be factory prefabricated with integral services where appropriate and transported to site.
The space standards for the units reflect that many occupants may have a level of mental or physical issues, thus regardless of individual requirements, all units are standardised, including a preformed wheelchair accessible bathroom/kitchen.
