ecotects are constantly scanning the world to find beautiful examples of architecture. We were taken with this building designed and built three decades ago by architect Denso Sugiura. It is a fine example of how buildings grow in tune to their surroundings.

Seedlings that were planted 33 years ago have helped to modify and embrace the structure. The architect’s influence continues to grow in connection with the ecology and enhance this home a quarter of a century later.
